Garlic Naan Flatbread

Light. Herbaceous. Aromatic.

Some days I don’t feel like cooking. Rather, I feel like cooking the bare minimum. And this recipe is perfect for a healthy, filling, easy dinner. You can have this as a main dish, serve it with a side salad, or cut into strips for a flavorful appetizer.

Let’s Begin!

Preheat the oven to 400°. Then, slice the onion and marinate in 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze for at least 10 minutes. If you can allow it to marinate longer, it’ll only soak up more flavor! Next, slice the tomato into paper-thin slices. I mean so paper-thin you’ll be able to see right through it. I like to use beefsteak for that reason. They’re very firm and make it easy to slice so thinly. They’re also juicy and retain a great flavor.

Finally, assemble the flatbread by placing the tomato slices and onion on top, then drizzle the remaining tablespoon of balsamic glaze. Bake for 15-20 minutes… I mean, could that be any easier?! Go ahead, impress your family, date, or fellow party-goers with this one. You deserve it!
